Legal Notice - Abandoned/Unclaimed Property

The property listed below is abandoned or unclaimed property in the custody of the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS-OIG). Included with the description of the property is the location where it was seized or found and the USPS-OIG office that has custody of it. Pursuant to Title 39, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 230.30 et seq., any person desiring to claim this property must file with the USPS-OIG a claim for the property by the deadline indicated (30 days from the date the property was first published in this notice). If the property is not claimed by that date, title will vest in the United States.

A point of contact and USPS-OIG address for claims and additional information concerning the property or the procedures involved in filing a claim are provided.

Submit all correspondence in duplicate to the claim address noted. Reference the correct case and seizure numbers in all claims and include an accurate description of the property.
